At Griffin Crest, all of our products are custom printed and made to order with love. Because of this, we do not accept returns.
All Sales Are Final — No Returns Due to the custom nature of our products and for hygiene reasons (pillowcases, sleep masks), all sales are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
Sizing Policy All apparel items at Griffin Crest are intentionally designed in an oversized fit. Each product listing clearly states the sizing and intended fit. Because our sizing is fixed and communicated upfront, we do not offer exchanges or store credit for sizing preferences.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will make it right! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement at no cost to you.
Store Credit In rare cases where an issue falls outside the above, we may offer store credit at our discretion.
